Perfect for mounting an electric wire inside an existing fence. Usually a single offset live electric wire is all that is needed to prevent livestock from pushing through a fence or rubbing against it. Also known as outriggers.
With the nail on, it is easy to add additional offsets to your fence without the hassle of treading the wire through the bobbin.
This can extend the life of an old fence and reduce maintenance.
